Job summary

Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is seeking an entry‑level Fleet Mechanic to maintain a large North American fleet. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair a range of vehicles including automobiles, trucks, vans, and forklifts.

You will use advanced diagnostics and mobile tools while documenting work and adhering to safety standards. Training and career growth opportunities are part of the role.

Qualifications

Must provide basic hand tools; diagnostic and high-tech tools provided as needed.
Experience with PMs, repairs, and diverse fleet equipment.
Familiarity with diagnostics, iPads, and shop software.
Knowledge of hydraulic and air brake systems is a plus.
Ability to work independently with safety-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

Perform PMs and repairs on light and heavy fleet equipment.
Diagnose failures and disassemble/repair parts as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation and vehicle records.
Utilize advanced tools and software for diagnostics.
Support safety culture and operate within company standards.
