Job summary

PepsiCo's PBNA division seeks an experienced Fleet Mechanic to maintain a large North American fleet, including trucks, vans, and forklifts. The role offers strong pay ($36.10/hour) and benefits, with world-class tools, training, and a safety-focused culture.

You will perform PMs, diagnostics, and advanced repairs using leading tech and platforms, while growing your skills through ongoing training and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

Minimum requirements include own basic hand tools and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Experience with hydraulic and air brake systems and diesel repairs preferred.
Familiar with OEM diagnostics platforms and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Perform PMs and repairs with a high degree of independence.
Utilize advanced diagnostics and leading-edge tech for maintenance.
Work on diverse fleet including heavy trucks, vans and forklifts.
Diagnose failures, disassemble/repair parts, and reassemble as needed.
Maintain vehicle records, pre-trip checklists, and safety compliance.
