Job summary

PepsiCo's PBNA fleet is hiring a Fleet Mechanic to maintain our large North American fleet. You will perform PMs, repairs, diagnostics, and diesel engine work on trucks, vans, and forklifts, using Noregon and other diagnostic tools.

The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and ongoing skill growth. Ideal candidates will have hydraulic and air brake experience, diesel repair know-how, and the ability to work independently with guidance as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have your own basic hand tools.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Experience with hydraulic and air brake systems.
• Experience with aftertreatment and emissions repairs (class 6-8 diesel).
• Experience with driveline repairs (class 6-8 diesel).
• Experience using diagnostic platforms (Noregon, Snap-on, Nexiq, Altel).

Responsibilities

• Perform PMs and repairs with a degree of independence.
• Utilize advanced tech and diagnostics for fleet maintenance.
• Work on diverse Pepsi fleet including trucks and forklifts.
• Perform high‑level engine, driveline, and emissions repairs.
• Support alternative fuel tech including EV and CNG work.
• Maintain vehicle records and pre‑trip checklists.
• Respond to service calls and uphold safety standards.
• Be part of one of the North America's largest fleets.
