Job summary

Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is seeking a Fleet Mechanic to keep one of the largest North American fleets reliable. You will perform PMs and repairs with a mix of independence and guided support, using advanced diagnostics and predictive tools.

The role requires experience with diesel and alternative fuels, plus ASE certifications and a valid CDL option. PBNA offers strong benefits and opportunities for career growth within a safety‑driven culture.

Qualifications

• Must have own basic hand tools; diagnostic equipment provided.
• Must be able to pass Forklift Driving Skills test.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Experience or training with hydraulic and air brake systems.
• Experience performing aftertreatment and emissions repairs.

Responsibilities

• Work with a high degree of independence while performing PMs and repairs.
• Utilize leading edge technology and programs including PM using voice application, Noregon diagnostics, Uptake predictive analytics, TAAS, and more.
• Repair Pepsi's diverse fleet including automobiles, trucks, vans and forklifts.
• Perform advanced diagnostics across OE platforms (Volvo, International, Freightliner, Maxon, EVs, MH equipment).
• Carry out high-level repairs (engine/driveline, aftertreatment, emissions, safety systems).
• Support alternative fuels such as EV, CNG, B100; diagnose failures and repair accordingly.
• Maintain vehicle records and pre-trip checklists; respond to service calls; uphold safety standards.
