Job summary

Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is hiring a Fleet Mechanic to maintain and repair a large, diverse fleet across North America. You will perform PMs and repairs with a high degree of independence, using cutting-edge diagnostics and tools to ensure safety and reliability for our drivers.

Qualifications

• Own basic hand tools required; diagnostic and high-tech equipment will be provided.
• Lift up to 50 pounds (with or without accommodation).
• Experience or training with hydraulic and air brake systems.
• Experience performing engine and driveline repairs (class 6-8 diesel).
• Experience using diagnostic platforms (Noregon, Snap-on, Nexiq, Altel).

Responsibilities

• Perform PMs and repairs with a high degree of independence.
• Utilize diagnostics and programs including Noregon diagnostics, Uptake, TAAS, and more.
• Work on Pepsi's diverse fleet including automobiles, trucks, vans, and forklifts.
• Diagnose across OE platforms (Volvo, International, Freightliner, Maxon, EVs).
• Perform high-level repairs to engine, driveline, emissions, and safety systems.
• Develop capability for alternative fuels such as EVs, CNG, and B100.
• Maintain vehicle records and pre-trip checklists; answer service calls.
• Support Pepsi's safety culture and contribute to one of the largest fleets in NA.
