Job summary
Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is seeking a seasoned Fleet Mechanic to keep a large, diverse fleet in top condition. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs across light and heavy vehicles and material handling equipment, using advanced tools and telematics.

Qualifications
- Own basic hand tools; diagnostic gear provided.
- Lift up to 50 pounds; physical requirements.
- At least 18 years old; pass Forklift test if applicable.
- Experience with hydraulic and air brake systems.
- Experience with aftertreatment and emissions repairs (Class 6-8).
- Experience with driveline repairs (Class 6-8).
- Experience using diagnostic platforms: Noregon, Snap-on, Nexiq, Altel.
Responsibilities
- Perform PMs and repairs with a high degree of independence.
- Use leading-edge tech and programs for diagnostics and maintenance.
- Work on Pepsi's diverse fleet: cars, trucks, vans, forklifts.
- Conduct advanced diagnostics across OE platforms.
- Perform high-level engine, driveline, emission, and safety repairs.
- Adapt maintenance for alternative fuels (EV, CNG, B100).
- Maintain vehicle records and pre-trip checklists.
- Answer service calls and support safety standards.
- Contribute to a large fleet maintenance culture.
