Job summary

Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is seeking a Fleet Mechanic to ensure the reliability of our large North American fleet. The role involves performing PMs and repairs, using advanced diagnostics, and working on a variety of equipment including heavy trucks, vans, and forklifts.

You will operate with a high degree of independence while receiving coaching and direction as needed, in a fast-paced environment that values safety and continuous learning.

Qualifications

• Requires own basic hand tools and ability to perform PMs and repairs.
• Experience with diagnostic platforms (Noregon, Snap-on, Nexiq, Altel).
• Forklift driving skills test may be required.
• Experience repairing heavy-duty equipment and driveline components.

Responsibilities

• Perform PMs and repairs with a high degree of independence.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and leading-edge technology.
• Repair diverse fleet equipment including heavy trucks and forklifts.
• Maintain vehicle records and pre-trip checklists.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies.
