As a Sr. Vehicle Technician, you will be an integral part of the Vehicle Maintenance Department supporting fleet operations and engineering projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, proactive problem-solving, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Configure, set up, maintain, diagnose, and sign off on vehicles for safe on-road operation
• Perform scheduled maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs to ensure fleet readiness
• Coordinate and oversee the repair process, escalating issues to engineering teams as needed
• Create diagnostic test plans and maintain detailed service records and quality reports
• Maintain shop facilities, tools, and workspace to ensure a safe and efficient environment

What's Needed?

• Extensive knowledge of vehicle maintenance methods, techniques, parts, tools, and materials
• Minimum of 2 - 4 years of technician experience in a related field
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Reliable, self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; honest and responsible
