Riverside Transport seeks a Driver Manager to supervise drivers in Operations and act as the main communication liaison. You will drive performance reporting, ensure data accuracy, and partner with planners to meet service targets.

Responsibilities include maintaining safety standards, coordinating maintenance, and improving driver retention through proactive leadership and organized teamwork.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence; speak effectively before groups.

Responsabilités

• Serve as driver's supervisor/representative in Operations.
• Manage drivers' performance and be primary communication link to drivers.
• Ensure data entry is correct; target 97% accuracy for data entry.
• Maintain driver turnover within the ideal range and monitor MPU targets.
• Coordinate with Load Planners and other Fleet Managers to plan workload.
