Qualificações

• Associate degree or 1-2 years of related experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Sole communications link to drivers, including load information and operational updates.
• Manage drivers and performance to achieve optimal driver and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Load Planners and Fleet Managers to plan future workload.
• Ensure accurate data entry and minimize coding errors in service records.
• Update drivers on road conditions and safety requirements from the Safety Department.
• Handle driver complaints and escalate issues as needed.
• Communicate with HR on drivers' medical conditions or attendance.
• Maintain organization and proactive team engagement.
