Job summary

Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive fleet management experience
- At least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Experience in utility/construction/electrical contracting fleets preferred
- Experience managing multi-state fleet operations
- Track record of managing budgets and vendor/OEM relationships
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute fleet strategy aligned with growth and project pipeline
- Oversee acquisition, deployment, and disposal of vehicles and equipment
- Manage preventive maintenance programs and lifecycle planning
- Lead fleet budgeting and cost control, monitor TCO
- Ensure regulatory compliance (DOT/OSHA/EPA) and safety
- Coordinate fleet resources with project schedules and storm response
- Lead fleet service managers and promote continuous improvement
