Job summary

Athens Services is seeking a Vice President of Fleet Strategy, Maintenance & Capital Planning to lead end-to-end fleet performance, reliability, and long-term asset strategy. You will drive capital planning, procurement, and lifecycle management for heavy- and light-duty vehicles, equipment, and facilities, while guiding supplier relationships and technology adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, business, finance, logistics, operations, or related field.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in fleet maintenance, strategy, capital planning, or asset management across multi-site operations.
• Proven track record leading large-scale maintenance and reliability programs and capital investments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a long-term fleet strategy aligned with growth, reliability, and sustainability goals.
• Lead annual and long-range capital planning for fleet acquisition, replacement, and modernization.
• Oversee maintenance, availability, and lifecycle management across all assets and facilities.
• Manage budgets, performance metrics, and cross-functional collaborations with senior leadership.
