Job summary

Talentify seeks a Fleet Oversight professional to manage ~550 leased vehicles, ensuring safety, compliance, and cost efficiency. You will coordinate with the outsourced fleet vendor, analyze costs, and support regional expansion across AMIG and MRAm.

You will lead day-to-day fleet requests, guide repair vs replacement decisions, and provide financial insights to cost center managers. Strong Excel skills required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of fleet maintenance or fleet operations experience required.
• CAFM designation is a plus.
• Experience implementing or maintaining fleet management software and data systems.
• Background in transportation, logistics, or supply chain is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day fleet-related requests from internal stakeholders and vendor partners.
• Act as escalation point for fleet vendor issues and resolutions.
• Make repair vs. replacement decisions for high-cost vehicles.
• Provide fleet financial insights to cost center managers and supervisors.
• Collaborate with Procurement on fleet-related purchases and decisions.
• Address driver-related matters including reimbursements and registrations.
