Job summary

Atlas Toyota Material Handling in Minnesota is seeking a full-time Fleet Account Manager to join our Fleet Strategy Team. You will advise customers on optimizing performance, utilization, and total cost of ownership of their equipment fleets.

You’ll build strong relationships, collaborate with the sales team to identify growth opportunities, and manage fleet reporting and invoicing. Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in related roles preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or mechanical field, or related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in fleet management or account management.
• Strong cost analysis, budgeting, and asset lifecycle understanding.
• Excellent customer service, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience in material handling, equipment rental, or heavy equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer forklift fleets, including utilization and cost management.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and proactive support.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and implement fleet management strategies and reporting.
• Coordinate repair quotes, approvals, and service communications.
• Oversee invoicing workflows and fleet-related expenditures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
