You will lead reporting, policy development, and vendor management while partnering with senior leadership to drive cost savings and improved ROE.

Responsibilities include analyzing lifecycle costs, overseeing maintenance and depreciation, and ensuring data integrity across billing and reports.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of Fleet Management experience.
CAFM certification preferred.
Understand, create, and implement a Fleet Leasing and Management policy.
Strong analytic and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; Word/Excel; PowerPoint preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze reporting to Clients based on Statement of Work to drive policy adherence and cost containment.
Present Business Review to clients with goals, costs, and cost reductions.
Identify opportunities to increase product penetration.
Lead new client activation for portfolio.
Manage client inventory including driver assignments and fleet utilization.
Oversee maintenance and repair approvals within client parameters.
Vendor management duties and responsibilities; communicate with senior management.
Ensure data integrity for all billing and reports provided to clients.
Understand yearly goals for assigned clients and execute actionable plans.
Participate in corporate projects such as Lean or QI processes.
