Job summary

WM is seeking a maintenance supervisor to lead technicians on the second shift. You will supervise daily operations, assign tasks, and ensure workflow efficiency in the maintenance shop.

The role requires oversight of repairs, safety compliance, and coaching of staff, with responsibilities including reporting and process improvements. A valid driver’s license and relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • 4 years of relevant work experience is required (in addition to education).
  • Driver's License valid upon hire.

  • Oversees day-to-day operations of employees in the maintenance shop and coordinates all maintenance work.
  • Reviews driver repairs and other maintenance requests and prepares work order documents.
  • Performs mechanical duties as needed and monitors inventory of replacement parts.
  • Oversees personnel including coaching, training, evaluating performance and disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Interprets and enforces organizational policies and safety regulations; creates reports as necessary.

Job Summary

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
  • Oversees the day-to-day operations of employees in the maintenance shop.
  • Coordinates and supervises all maintenance work and repairs, and monitors progress and quality.
  • Reviews driver repairs and other maintenance requests and prepares work order documents.
  • Performs mechanical duties as needed.
  • Monitors inventory of replacement parts and restocks as needed.
  • Oversees personnel including coaching, training, evaluating employee performance, and conducting disciplinary action as needed. Provides input into termination, compensation, and promotion decisions.
  • Interprets and ensures consistent application of organizational policies and safety regulations.
  • Creates and submits reports as necessary.

Pay: The expected base pay range for this office position is $74,580-$109,422. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.

In addition, this position is eligible for 15% AIP bonus.
