Job summary

PACCAR Parts in Lewisville, TX is offering an Aftersales Service Development Analyst summer internship. You will work with the Aftersales Service Development team to develop, launch, and improve service programs for dealers, fleets, TRP stores, and independent providers.

You will gain exposure to market research, data analysis, and reporting while collaborating with experienced managers and IT leaders. This internship is for students currently enrolled in college.

Qualifications

• Relevant coursework or prior internship experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Assist with gathering business requirements and documenting processes.
• Support development and launch of Aftersales programs to improve customer experience.
• Conduct market research and competitive benchmarking for service offerings.
• Create reports, dashboards, and data visualizations on program performance.
• Assist in analyzing diagnostics, licensing data, and parts purchasing trends.
• Identify opportunities to grow parts sales through data-driven insights.
