• Experience in customer service, collections, compliance, and remarketing is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for fleet customers, dealers, sales teams, and internal partners, handling inquiries and service requests via multiple channels.
• Prepare and process legal documentation for account modifications (lease renewals, rewrites, extensions, due date changes, collateral substitutions).
• Review documents for accuracy and process changes in the portfolio management system.
• Provide account information and fulfill requests related to payoffs, histories, amortizations, insurance claims, titles, and contracts.
• Coordinate title releases, payoff docs, account dispositions, and other requests with internal departments.
• Ensure tax exemption documentation and compliance with policies.
• Review unapplied payments, research details, and post instructions for accurate reconciliation.
• Manage maturing lease accounts by contacting customers and supporting renewals and turn-ins.
• Monitor outstanding requests and maturities to minimize risk.
• Maintain accurate account documentation and build strong relationships with customers.
