Job summary

Page Trucking is seeking a Service Writer to coordinate maintenance services in the KY Shop. You will initiate services, verify coverages, prepare estimates, schedule technicians and outside vendors, and ensure timely, safe performance of repairs.

Responsibilities include coordinating with dispatch, managing repair orders, and providing professional customer service while maintaining accuracy in billing and documentation.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience as a Service Writer or related role.
• Experience in heavy-duty equipment/trucking service environment preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and repairs with Dispatch, Terminal Manager, and KY Shop Manager.
• Prepare repair orders, verify warranties, and finalize invoices.
• Communicate with customers and follow up on inquiries within 24 hours.
