Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience, preferably in construction or equipment service.
• Experience in purchasing and sourcing parts/materials.
• Knowledge of automotive and equipment industries.

Responsabilités

• Work order management: initiate and manage repair orders and obtain approvals.
• Scheduling: schedule vendor repair appointments and maintain records.
• Database management: track vehicle/mileage hours and heavy equipment usage.
• Records maintenance: update repair and PM status with latest services.
• Coordination with R&M: communicate planned maintenance with vendors and sites.
• Monitoring progress: track actual vs. planned maintenance and repairs.
