Job summary

Ewing Automotive Group's Mercedes-Benz of Plano is seeking a Fleet Service Representative to grow our mobile maintenance program. You will identify fleet customers, travel within the service radius, and present customized service plans to fleet managers and purchasing decision makers.

You will coordinate with Mobile Technicians and Service Advisors, manage schedules, prepare quotes, and track monthly fleet revenue while building strong customer relationships in the Plano area.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of outside sales or B2B sales with proven prospecting and closing.
• Ability to travel daily within Mobile Department's service radius and visit customer locations.
• Familiarity with fleet maintenance schedules and fleet billing/purchase orders is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential fleet customers within the dealership's mobile service area.
• Make outbound calls, emails, and visits to introduce mobile maintenance services and secure appointments.
• Travel within the designated service radius to conduct on-site visits and build face-to-face relationships.
• Schedule meetings and develop customized maintenance programs based on each fleet's mix and operating schedule.
• Obtain new fleet accounts and grow fleet revenue and RO volume through new business development.
• Maintain strong relationships with fleet customers and act as primary contact for assigned accounts.
• Coordinate scheduling of mobile services with Fleet customers and Mobile Service personnel.
