Lakeland Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Lakeland, FL is seeking a Fleet Service Advisor to schedule service work and upsell services for fleet clients. You will act as the liaison between fleet managers, business owners and technicians to ensure timely diagnosis, service and repair of vehicles.

The role emphasizes delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining communication on repair progress, and managing customer expectations in a fast-paced service department.

Responsibilities

• Greet customer in a friendly and professional manner.
• Listen to customers’ concerns and accurately document their vehicle issues.
• Manage service orders and flow of Drive Lane. Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and attentive service.
• Check on progress of repair throughout the day. Contact customers regarding changes in estimates or promised times, explain costs and time requirements, and obtain authorization before additional repairs.
• Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to ensure the customer is not mishandled.
• Distribute work between technicians according to store policy.
• Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
• Maintain good working relationships to foster positive employee relations.
• Comply with all company policies, procedures and safety standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
