Qualifications

• 2+ years proven success in fleet/commercial vehicle sales (Ford experience a plus).
• Strong knowledge of fleet financing, leasing, and upfit options.
• CRM proficiency and solid pipeline/forecast management skills.
• Self-starter who thrives on outbound prospecting and relationship building.

Drive commercial-vehicle growth for our Buda rooftop.

You will:

• Prospect and close small-business, municipal, and fleet accounts
• Build long-term relationships through consultative, solution-based selling
• Manage the order pipeline-from specs and upfitting to delivery and post-sale support
• Leverage Ford Fleet programs, incentives, and financing to maximize value for clients
• Maintain accurate CRM notes, monthly forecasts, and CSI targets
