• Build long-term relationships through consultative, solution-based selling.
• Manage the order pipeline—from specs and upfitting to delivery and post-sale support.
• Leverage Ford Fleet programs, incentives, and financing to maximize value for clients.
• Maintain accurate CRM notes, monthly forecasts, and CSI targets.
