Job summary

Leif Johnson Ford Ii in Manor, TX is seeking a driven fleet sales professional to drive commercial-vehicle growth for our Manor rooftop. You will prospect and close small-business, municipal, and fleet accounts, building long-term relationships through consultative selling.

Responsibilities include managing the order pipeline—from specs to delivery and post-sale support—while leveraging Ford Fleet programs to maximize client value.

Qualifications

• 2+ years proven success in fleet/commercial vehicle sales (Ford experience a plus).
• Strong knowledge of fleet financing, leasing, and upfit options.
• CRM proficiency and solid pipeline/forecast management skills.
