Leif Johnson Ford Buda in Buda, TX is expanding and seeking an energetic Automotive Sales Consultant. You will greet shoppers, uncover needs, and match them with Ford or pre-owned vehicles, guiding each deal from test-drive to paperwork using CRM and digital tools.

You will aim to hit weekly and monthly volume goals while protecting gross and CSI, stay informed on Ford incentives, and build relationships through calls, texts, and social outreach.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive or high-ticket sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation.
• Tech-savvy with CRM and digital retail tools.
• Valid Texas driver's license with clean record.
• Self-motivated with team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet every shopper, uncover needs, and match them with the right Ford or pre-owned vehicle.
• Drive each deal from test-drive to paperwork using CRM, video walk-arounds, and digital retail tools.
• Hit weekly and monthly volume goals while protecting gross and CSI.
• Stay up-to-date on Ford products, incentives, and competitors.
• Build long-term relationships through timely calls, texts, and social follow-ups.
