Job summary

RealTruck, Inc. seeks a Fleet Sales Coordinator to support fleet and public safety teams in creating unique customer quotes under guidance from sales management. You will attend meetings, respond to customer inquiries regarding RealTruck products, and help develop sales opportunities with the fleet management team.

This role is the internal front-line hub for fleet and public safety quoting. You will process quote requests, review P.O.s, and coordinate price changes while maintaining accurate

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical cert or associate degree preferred.
• 2–5 years in customer service, hospitality, technical support, or related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Process fleet and public safety quote requests and ensure accurate data for quoting.
• Assist in developing and responding to quotes and RFPs.
• Attend meetings with fleet customers and communicate pricing and PO updates.
• Maintain and update expired quotes and price changes.
• Provide excellent service to internal and external customers via quoting channels.
• Record customer interactions and ensure data accuracy in records and POs.
• Meet processing deadlines and adapt to leadership guidance.
