Fleet Direct Truck and Trailer Sales is seeking a detail-driven Sales Coordinator to manage the administrative workflow for a busy tractor-trailer dealership. You will prepare complex sales agreements, ensure tax and licensing compliance, and coordinate vehicle deliveries with the finance team and customers.

The role requires accuracy, organization, and the ability to connect sales staff with inventory, regulatory tasks, and office support.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a sales dealership office administration or logistics coordination.
• Experience with high-volume commercial business environments.
• Familiarity with title and licensing processes, or commercial finance workflows.

Responsibilities

• Generate and execute all sales and consignment agreements per policy.
• Coordinate financial documentation between sales, customers, and accounting or lenders.
• Submit warranty registrations and incentive programs after delivery.
• Assist walk-in traffic and respond to inquiries about availability and status.
• Stock-in incoming tractors-trailers, assign stock numbers, verify specs and invoicing.
