Job summary

RealTruck seeks a Fleet Sales Coordinator to support fleet and public safety teams in generating customer quotes under sales management guidance. You will participate in meetings, respond to customer inquiries, and help develop sales opportunities with the fleet team.

You will be the front-line hub for fleet and public safety quoting, handling PO reviews, data control, and maintaining records with a focus on service excellence and timely processing.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of fleet and public safety product lines and models, quoting procedures, and related systems.
• Able to use Microsoft Office Suite and Teams (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high accuracy.
• Proofreading and documentation skills; fast-paced environment adaptability.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process all fleet and public safety quote requests for RealTruck products, including review and documentation of data for accurate quoting.
• Assist the fleet and public safety sales team in developing and responding to RFQs.
• Meet with fleet customers via Teams, calls, or in-person visits as needed.
• Update expired quotes and price changes on open quotes.
• Provide pricing and quote updates and answer inquiries.
• Communicate sales opportunities to Fleet team management for action.
• Maintain accurate customer records and PO documentation.
