Job summary

BP PLC is seeking a Project Lead – Fleet Sales in the US hybrid role based in Ohio. You will own the ABS platform, define requirements, and drive enhancements to support fleet sales, billing, pricing, and customer master data.

You will lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships to improve efficiency and customer experience. Ideal candidates have strong product ownership, data governance, and pricing expertise with a proven ability to translate business needs into scalable

• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Knowledge of customer master data management and billing operations.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, testing, and change management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and transaction processing.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the business product owner for the ABS platform, defining requirements and governance.
• Lead the strategic roadmap for billing, pricing, and customer master data capabilities.
• Manage data integrations with third-party providers like Comdata, WEX, TCH, and others.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, designs, and implementation plans.
• Lead UAT, validate enhancements, and ensure deployment of new functionality.
• Oversee customer master data governance and data quality across systems.
• Manage monthly fuel rebate processes and support pricing programs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Pricing, Operations and IT to drive improvements.
• Monitor system performance and advise on risks and opportunities.
