Job summary

BP is seeking a Project Lead – Fleet Sales to own BP's billing, pricing, and customer master data platform. You will define the product vision, drive system enhancements, and align teams across Fleet Sales, Finance, Pricing, IT, and partners to improve efficiency and customer experience.

The role requires balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment, with a hybrid work setup in the Westlake, TX area.

Qualifications

• Strong business process and product ownership experience within sales, billing, pricing, finance, or transaction-based systems.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and leading cross-functional project teams.
• Knowledge of customer master data management, billing operations, pricing administration, and financial reconciliation processes.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, testing, and change management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data governance capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence across business and technology teams.
• Experience managing third-party vendor relationships and transaction processing ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the business product owner for the ABS platform, defining requirements and governance.
• Lead the strategic roadmap for billing, pricing, and customer master data capabilities.
• Manage relationships and data integrations with third-party payment providers.
• Lead system modernization, translating business needs into functional specifications and plans.
• Oversee UAT, deployments, and data governance across systems.
