Job summary

BP in the United States is seeking a Back-Office Data Administrator to manage data processes between fuel suppliers, Fuel Shepherd, and SAP. You’ll ensure timely and accurate data transfer and support pricing and contract data.

You will lead data quality initiatives, audit pricing, maintain master data templates, and back up the Fuel Admin team while contributing to system enhancements and reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with SAP and Excel in a Windows environment.
• Ability to analyze data and produce actionable insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams in a back-office setting.
• Knowledge of data transfer processes between systems.

Responsibilities

• Resolve data transfer errors between Fuel Shepherd and SAP.
• Audit pricing requests and ensure source lists include all available options.
• Lead contract pricing setup and communicate changes to Fuel Accounting.
• Maintain master data templates for contracts and suppliers.
• Support data analysis and reporting for wholesale and open load tracking.
• Back up Fuel Admin with system enhancements and training documentation.
• Track day-deal pricing and ensure timely entry into SAP.
