Job summary

My Ride to Work is seeking a full-time Safety Supervisor in the Elko market to drive safety-first culture and ensure safe, reliable operations for drivers and customers.

You will design training programs, investigate incidents, and collaborate with the Safety & Training manager and Operations to implement proactive actions. Monthly safety bonuses and state-of-the-art equipment support a strong safety program.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading safety programs in transportation or fleet operations.
• Strong incident investigation and corrective action skills.
• Experience delivering driver training and safety initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive a safety-first culture in Elko to protect drivers and staff.
• Investigate incidents, file reports, and coordinate with Safety & Training.
• Design training courses and safety initiatives based on data trends.
