Job summary

My Ride to Work, a premiere transportation company in Elko, NV, is seeking a full-time Safety Supervisor to drive a safety-first culture for drivers and staff. You will lead safety initiatives, audits, and training programs to ensure compliant and reliable operations.

Responsibilities include investigating incidents, coaching drivers, maintaining driver files, and coordinating with the Safety/Training and Operations teams. This role offers a strong benefits package and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in safety program management for fleets.
• Proven ability to investigate incidents and file reports.
• Knowledge of Samsara safety events and DVIR processes.
• Ability to schedule and deliver driver safety training.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement safety training initiatives.
• Investigate incidents and report with evidence.
• Coordinate with Safety/Training and Operations managers.
• Review Samsara events and coach drivers on actions.
• Maintain driver files and ensure compliance documents.
• Perform monthly safety audits and yard walk.
• Lead quarterly safety meetings and audits.
