Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience.
  • 1 - 3 Years in Customer Service or Call Center roles.
  • Basic industry knowledge related to the field.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inquiries from customers and the public about fleet operations.
  • Screen, assess, and escalate to appropriate departments for safety concerns.
  • Maintain and analyze data to identify safety improvements affecting CSA ratings.
  • Process fleet complaints, provide solutions and follow up for resolution.
  • Manage Toll Transponder programs and reconcile invoices to prevent late fees.
  • Administer Fleet Inventory/Maintenance database (RTA) and update assets.
  • Prepare reporting based on identified KPIs and multitask to prioritize workload.
  • Proficient use of Word and Excel; perform related duties as assigned.
