Job summary

Performance Food Group in Kentucky is seeking a Transportation Customer Service Representative to support fleet safety and efficiency. You will respond to inquiries, screen and escalate fleet calls, and help maintain CSA ratings.

Responsibilities include toll transponder management, keeping the RTA database up to date, analyzing data to spot safety improvements, preparing KPI reports, and coordinating across departments in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of customer service or industry-related call center experience.
• Basic industry knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about fleet operations and safety.
• Screen, assess and escalate fleet calls to appropriate departments.
• Analyze feedback to identify opportunities for safety improvements.
• Process fleet complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage Toll Transponder programs and reconcile invoices.
• Maintain Fleet Inventory/Maintenance database (RTA).
• Prepare timely KPI-based reporting.
• Multi-task and prioritize workload; proficient in Word/Excel.
