Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Transportation Customer Service Representative to ensure customer satisfaction by handling inquiries about fleet operations, safety, and CSA-related concerns.

You will intake fleet calls, screen and escalate issues, manage toll transponder programs, maintain the Fleet Inventory/Maintenance database, and produce KPI reports, with strong communication and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in customer service or industry call center.
• Knowledge of industry basics helpful.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding fleet operations and safety; escalate to appropriate departments as needed.
• Intake and route fleet compliments/concerns; screen, assess and escalate within time limits.
• Process fleet complaints and provide timely solutions and follow-up with involved departments.
