Job summary

Performance Foodservice is seeking a Transportation Customer Service Representative to support fleet operations, respond to customer and public inquiries about safe fleet operations, and assist the Fleet Team in achieving safety and efficiency goals.

You will intake fleet calls, screen and route them to the appropriate departments, analyze data from feedback to identify safety improvements, and help maintain CSA ratings while preparing timely reports.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years in customer service or call center roles.
• Basic knowledge of the freight or logistics industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle fleet-related inquiries with timely, accurate responses.
• Process and escalate fleet complaints to the appropriate departments.
• Manage toll transponder programs and reconcile invoices.
• Administer fleet inventory/maintenance data in the RTA system.
• Apply DOT regulations and CSA concepts to safety-related tasks.
• Prepare KPI reports with timely, accurate data.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel, with multitasking ability.
