Job summary

Idaho Forest Group is seeking a Fleet Maintenance and Compliance Supervisor to lead safety, regulatory compliance and maintenance across our fleet and warehouse. You will oversee DOT/FMCSA requirements, driver logs, inspections, and ELD systems while guiding shop and warehouse teams toward reliable, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years fleet maintenance or transportation operations experience.
• Minimum 1 year in a safety compliance role.
• In-depth knowledge of DOT/FMCSA, OSHA regulations and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet safety, compliance with DOT/FMCSA, OSHA, and environmental regulations.
• Manage driver logs, DVIRs, inspections, and ELD issues.
• Supervise warehouse operations, inventory management and vendor coordination.
• Schedule maintenance, prioritize fleet maintenance with Terminal Supervisor.
• Analyze safety metrics and report to Logistics Operations Manager.
• Train drivers and shop staff on safety procedures.
