Job summary

DVM Industries is seeking a Fleet and Safety Manager to oversee our vehicle fleet and drive company-wide safety programs. Based in the New York City area with hybrid flexibility, you will manage procurement, maintenance, regulatory compliance, and incident investigation to protect employees and assets.

This role requires strong knowledge of OSHA standards, EHS, and data-driven safety planning. You will lead safety training, inspections, and the implementation of safety across operations while

Qualifications

• Experience in OSHA regulations, job-site safety, and EH&S development.
• Ability to investigate workplace incidents and enforce safety policies.
• Familiarity with fleet maintenance, inspections, registration, and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fleet operations, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead company-wide safety programs, trainings, inspections, and health initiatives.
• Investigate incidents and coordinate corrective actions with leadership.
