Qualifications
- 8+ years of safety leadership experience in transportation, logistics, or fleet operations.
- Strong knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, and OSHA regulations.
- Experience managing fleet safety programs and driver compliance.
- Proven ability to lead safety initiatives across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee company safety programs across transportation operations.
- Ensure compliance with DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, and other safety regulations.
- Investigate accidents and implement corrective actions to reduce risk.
- Monitor safety metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Lead driver safety training and compliance initiatives.
- Conduct safety audits and maintain regulatory documentation.
- Partner with operations leadership to promote a strong culture of safety.
