Job summary

Miles Ahead Brands in Texas seeks a Safety & Field Manager to lead safety operations for the Texas market (CKJ Transport). You will enforce DOT/OSHA compliance, conduct field inspections, ride-alongs, and coaching to haulers and sub-haulers, aligning with centralized safety programs.

You will collaborate with the General Manager and Safety & Compliance teams to reduce risk, protect operating authority, and support field operations across our market.

Qualifications

• Experience in transportation safety, fleet compliance, or DOT/FMCSA regulatory environments preferred.
• Knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, OSHA regulations and Hours of Service.

Responsibilities

• Enforce fleet safety standards and ensure DOT/FMCSA/OSHA compliance in the Texas market.
• Lead hauler safety training and coaching using safety event data.
• Investigate accidents and incidents; prepare reports and corrective actions.
• Onboard IC haulers and sub-haulers; verify driver qualification documentation.
