Job summary

BP Supply Inc. is seeking a Safety & Fleet Manager to lead and continuously improve safety, fleet, driver-training, and compliance programs across all locations in Midland, TX.

You will oversee DOT compliance, driver qualifications, inspections, and driver development, reporting to the VP of Operations. The role requires hands-on leadership, field presence, and coordination with branch leaders to ensure safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of relevant safety, fleet operations, or transportation experience.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Experience leading safety, fleet, DOT-compliance, or transportation-risk programs.
• Ability to travel regularly among all company locations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintaining electronic training/ fleet records.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day safety, fleet, driver-training, and transportation-compliance programs across locations.
• Establish safety, fleet, and driver-performance expectations and document policies and training materials.
• Coordinate SSE program, road tests, and driver development plans; monitor progress and readiness for independent operation.
• Manage DOT qualifications, fleet records, maintenance coordination, inspections, and compliance reviews.
• Oversee GPS Dash-Cam monitoring, driver coaching, and safety reporting to leadership.
• Plan, deliver, and document safety training and maintain training matrices.
