Job summary

Addison Group is seeking an experienced EHS leader to drive the company-wide Environmental, Health & Safety program across fleet operations, terminals, facilities, and field locations in Texas. You will build a high-performing EHS team and foster a proactive safety culture throughout the organization.

You will develop and maintain policies that comply with DOT, OSHA, EPA, USCG, TCEQ, and local regulations, ensure hazardous materials transport and waste management compliance, and oversee audits,

Qualifications

• Strong DOT hazmat transportation knowledge and OSHA expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the company-wide EHS program across fleet operations, terminals, facilities, and field locations.
• Build and mentor a high-performing EHS team and promote a proactive safety culture.
• Develop and maintain EHS policies per DOT, OSHA, EPA, USCG, TCEQ, and local regs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance for hazardous materials transport, storage, air permitting, and waste management.
• Conduct site audits, inspections, and safety assessments; oversee incident investigations.
• Coordinate and deliver EHS training for drivers and staff, including hazmat handling.
• Develop emergency response, SPCC, spill prevention, and drills; coordinate responses.
• Track EHS metrics and drive improvements; report trends and actions.
