Job summary

Fabick Cat is seeking a Fleet Administration Specialist to independently manage post-sale rollout and fleet administration. You will coordinate with Sales, Fleet, Rental Operations, Finance, and branches to ensure accurate records, documentation, and billing, while guiding process improvements.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of fleet administration experience, strong Excel/ERP/CRM proficiency, and the ability to balance multiple priorities with precision.

Qualifications

• Requires an associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three to five years of progressively responsible experience in fleet administration or related field.
• Experience leading or coordinating work of others and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage post-sale rollout administration and ensure flawless coordination among Sales, Fleet, Rental Operations, Finance, and branches.
• Coordinate equipment orders, asset data, invoicing, and system updates; resolve discrepancies.
• Validate pricing, freight, and other billing components; support accurate financial closeout.
