Job summary

FAH LLC is seeking a detail-driven Pick Up & Delivery / Customer Experience Coordinator to manage our rental fleet, open/close contracts, inspect for damage, and ensure accurate billing for every rental day under warranty, customer, or insurance.

You’ll coordinate with service advisors, track fleet usage, schedule maintenance, and ensure a smooth customer experience with strong paperwork, organization, and outdoor work in all weather.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in rental car operations or fleet management.
• Strong attention to detail with contracts, paperwork, and billing.
• Comfortable using rental management software, DMS, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced service drive.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Fleet management: add/remove vehicles, track mileage, age, condition, and keep right mix.
• Open, manage, and close rental contracts with verification.
• Link contracts to repair orders and pay types (warranty, customer pay, insurance).
• Walk customers through terms, fuel, mileage, and return expectations at pickup.
• Monitor contracts daily, follow up on overdue rentals, recover vehicles as needed.
• Coordinate with service advisors to align rentals with RO status.
