Some hands-on duties such as vehicle staging and cleaning may be required. The role emphasizes organization, problem-solving, and customer service, with strong interactions with vendors, customers, and the branch team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Prior fleet coordination or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and authorize repairs with vendors.
• Develop and implement procedures to ensure efficient fleet operations.
• Track fleet maintenance completion for all rental units.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and vendors.
• Prepare paperwork and deliver to accounting for timely invoicing.
