Job summary

Master’s Transportation in Kansas City, MO, is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to optimize the rental fleet including shuttles and vans. You’ll track unit availability, monitor maintenance, support check-ins/check-outs, and maintain fleet records to aid billing and internal communication.

You’ll work closely with the Branch Manager, service providers, vendors, and customers to ensure vehicles are clean, documented, and ready for rental; occasional hands-on work may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Review and authorize repairs with vendors.
• Develop and implement procedures to ensure efficient fleet operation.
• Track fleet maintenance completion according to maintenance intervals.
• Maintain relationships with customers and vendors.
• Prepare paperwork for timely invoicing to accounting.
• Ensure customers are rebilled for excess mileage, fuel fees, cleaning fees, damages and delivery fees.
• Maintain fleet readiness by daily communication with service providers.
• Update tracking spreadsheet and calendar entries.
• Attend company meetings as required.
• Contribute to team effort by completing related tasks as needed.
