Job summary

Warren CAT is seeking a Fleet Readiness Coordinator to analyze and communicate the readiness status of rental equipment within the fleet. The role involves assessing maintenance needs, coordinating repairs, and ensuring accurate reporting to stakeholders.

Collaboration with Service, Operations, and Sales teams is essential to support fleet needs across locations. The position requires strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under general supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 3–5 years related experience or an equivalent combination.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills along with organizational and analytical capabilities.
• Ability to read, interpret and write reports, procedures, and business communications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze readiness status of rental equipment based on maintenance history and coordinate repairs/services.
• Communicate equipment readiness needs with Service and Operations teams for all locations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with Warren CAT teams.
• Assess rental fleet needs per location and provide status reports to management.
• Collaborate with Sales teams for rental fleet support.
• Coordinate entry/exit and movement of rental equipment across locations.
• Maintain accurate rental fleet reporting for all locations using available resources.
