Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of three years’ experience with two-way radio equipment and systems.
• Experience with repair, troubleshooting, and testing of radio systems.
• Must possess a valid NC driver’s license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Plan and perform radio installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Process daily repair orders and manage inventory in Operative IQ.
• Maintain vehicle hotspots and GPS transmission systems.
• Ensure safety protocols and accurate documentation.
• Communicate effectively with administration and staff.
